The sign " Stop Hurting Yourself" to me means that you are doing things that are stupid and at the end it ends up hurting you. Also that you dont think of the consequences so you just do things that are wrong. Many kids do things that are no tright just to impress people or their friends. So you shouldnt do thinks that are not right just because you think its cool or fun.
